Stress is something that we all feel once in a while and it is very much part of modern existence. Not all stress is harmful. It is very important for employers and staff to be aware of stress in the office. Meeting production targets, striving to win bonus payments and just making enough business to keep the company a going concern is extremely stressful for management, staff and employees alike. Workers should also realise that their bosses do have duty of care towards them. Employees should also play their part by informing their employer when the strain in the workplace becomes too great.
